Mother and 3-year-old child battered by dog on Durban street
Paramedics answered challenges from the False front, south of Durban, on Wednesday where they found a mother and kid had been "violently went after" by a canine.
ALS Paramedics' Garrith Jamieson said people on call showed up at Boshoff Street to find metro police helping the people in question.
"A mother in her 30s and her three-year-old child were strolling up the street when a Rottweiler got away from its yard and gone after them. Metro police who were in the space mediated and saved the patients.
"They had canine chomps with huge harm to their lower legs and backs. The mother and kid were settled at the scene and shipped to medical clinic."
